Project Team Approach
IDC utilizes a project team approach in working with clients by employing church building professionals. IDC uses the services of CITA Group Corporation as the primary design development coordinator for this team of professionals. Members of this team include:
Church Growth Planning Consultant
Assists the Owner in the planning portion of the building program. The Planning Consultant, in partnership with the Owner, determines space requirements, develops budgets and determines the financial feasibility of the project.
Financial Consultant
Assists the Owner in formulating, developing, and implementing a financial strategy for the financial requirements of the project.
Project Manager
Provides organization, personnel, and management to complete the requirements of the project in an expeditious manner consistent with the interests of the Owner.
Project Coordinator
Coordinates the team members of IDC and CITA Group and interfaces them with the Church’s representative. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Owner in meeting the overall project goals of finishing a quality facility on time and within budget.
Project Representative
If requested by the Owner, IDC shall assist the Owner in selecting a Project Representative to visit the project site and serve as an agent of the Owner. The Project Representative will establish and implement coordination and communication procedures with the Owner, Design Professional, and Contractors and Project Representatives.
Church Designated Contact for IDC
Serves as the Owner’s contact person for all IDC and CITA Group correspondence.
We also incorporate into our Team Approach a number of Church Designers, Architects and Engineers that work specifically on completing your project on time and within budget.
